For more than 20 years, Dr. Nichole Thompson has served in key roles within her community and abroad providing her with a diverse background and portfolio. Dr. Thompson earned her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and has also served in several senior administrative roles, including the role of Chief Diversity Officer. She’s co-authored multiple publications and has received numerous awards heralding her ability to thrust organizations to their next envisioned state. Serving her community has always been a priority, much of this service is realized through Board leadership and service. In 2020 Dr. Thompson partnered with the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce in launching Its COVID relief support for local businesses resulting in hundreds of businesses receiving one on one support from industry professionals.

She is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record for launching successful startups both domestically and internationally. She is the founder of She Wins Global, a nonprofit organization that works to advance women and girls in marginalized and vulnerable communities across the globe. Additionally, Dr. Thompson is the founder and co-owner of AdaChic Designs, a socially conscious handbag company that supports entrepreneurs across Africa.

 In her role as a consultant, Dr.Thompson provides strategy and innovation to organizations seeking to boldly advance their operations. She’s been described as “an insightful global thought leader equipped to leverage opportunities and take the necessary risk.
